European Language Day

On Friday 29 September, Bowdon Prep celebrated European Day of Languages. Dressed in the colours of European flags, the girls enjoyed learning new language skills and facts about Europe. Some classes had the opportunity to learn about life in France, Albania and Denmark, thanks to fascinating presentations by parents from those countries. We all delighted in our European-themed lunch and returned home at the end of an interesting day, keen to find out more about our European neighbours and the languages they speak.
