Our most recent inspection took place in November 2025 and we are very proud to announce that BPS met all five required standards, confirming that we are fully compliant.
In addition to meeting these standards, inspectors have the opportunity to identify a “significant strength” within a school—a recognition awarded to fewer than 10% of schools. We are proud to share that BPS received this recognition.
The inspectors highlighted the development of pupils’ self-esteem, self-knowledge, and self-confidence as a significant strength, noting:
“Pupils are taught to understand their own strengths and areas for development. They respond positively to the guidance given by their teachers. Pupils interact positively and eloquently with each other and with adults. They socialise and thrive in an environment where they feel valued and safe.”
The report further states:
“The school promotes a healthy balance between developing pupils’ academic achievements and their personal development.”
This sense of balance is central to our ethos at BPS, and we are delighted that it has been recognised.
